Cabinet progress updates
From next week we will provide weekly reports only on cabinets that are delayed.
Phase 4, 5 and 6 cabinets will be removed from these update lists from next week unless they become overdue. Resource is not available to track the progress of all cabinets and the team prefer to prioritise cabinets for which timescales have slipped.

Ancaster 2 – Fibre will be jointed and enabled this week. After commissioning and final testing this cabinet will be RFS – two weeks after this it will be ready to take orders. Timescale for completion has been given as mid-March at the latest.
Billingborough 3 – delays are still being caused due to blockages in the ducts for the Culverthorpe cabinets
Billinghay 1 – There are still traffic management issues and multiple blockages – This is expected to be ready towards to the end of the quarter (end of March.)
Cranwell 4 – This cabinet will be 'Ready for Service' imminently after testing. Approximately two weeks after this, products can be ordered from it. Timescale for completion has been given as mid-March at the latest.
Culverthorpe – Blockage clearance in zone of interest on spine are in progress. Another issue has arisen with the requirement to shut down a transformer in order to fit the new cabinet. More delays on this unfortunately. Expected completion of Culverthorpe 1 is now late March/ early April. Culverthorpe 2 is expected early April.
Donington 6 – The existing fibre needs to be taken down overnight which will be happening on the 24th February
Horncastle 3 –Position has now been agreed and work is with engineers.
Spalding 50 –Due new cabinet to be stood in early march ready for delivery by the end of the quarter, as scheduled.
Welton 9 – Welton 9 is still ongoing – blockages are causing delays. Aiming to be ready for delivery by the end of the quarter, as scheduled.

Butterwick 3 – Not yet RFS (Ready for Service) – will be imminently as is being tested currently. Approximately two weeks after this, products can be ordered from it. Timescale for completion has been given as mid-March at the latest.
Friskney 1 This cab is waiting on power, no date set but is targeted for completion by end of March.
Friskney 2 –New shell required for existing cabinet - with planning teams – will not be 'ready for service' this week.
Friskney 4 – 'Exchange Only.' Waiting for convergence of copper lines - expected completion early April
Grantham 70 – due for completion by end of quarter.
Grantham 81 – Should be ready for testing at the end of February
Hubbard's Bridge 2 –In the final part of planning – blockages on spine planned to be cleared in early March.
Normanby by Spital EO Lines - All planned, waiting on the Copper / Fibre cab to be stood
South Rauceby 1 –New cabinet to be stood imminently – due to be stood before the end of the quarter, as scheduled.
