CAPACITY - We are aware that some cabinets are at capacity, which will mean that you cannot order an upgrade at this point in time. BT is aware of this issue and is working to upgrade your cabinet. Unfortunately, BT do not provide information to us regarding when individual cabinets will be updated. They have launched a new 'waiting list' facility. Please ensure that you are put on this waiting list by your ISP.

Delayed cabinets

Burgh on Bain 4 - Build complete, products will be available from this cabinet within 2 weeks

Dowsby 602 - Jointing in multiple locations in progress. The cabinet will then require commissioning.

Fulbeck 606 - Mid-May date shifted out. BT intend to move the cabinet so that it provides more benefit and there is more planning associated with doing this.

Gosberton 5 – Positons of poles agreed. Network Rail to sign off. Not expecting any issues and will push for completion ASAP

Holbeach St Johns 1 - Moleploughing required on new planned route. ECD Late May

Kirton 5 - Build complete, there has been a records issue which has stopped the cabinet going live within the usual 2 week timescale, BT to rectify asap

Kirton 8 - Build complete, products will be available from this cabinet within 2 weeks

Lincoln 50 - Works agreed overnight for new ducting on the 26th June

Metheringham 3/2 (Nocton) -Site meeting held with Highways Authority and sub-contractor; cannot re-shell the pillar in its current position as stood on the foundations of the post office. Pillar will have to be moved across the road

Metheringham 3/1 (Dunston) - Cabinet stood, powered and coppered; De-silter on-site this week then fibre to be provided

Spalding 16 – This structure should be physically completed on the 1st June; will then require commissioning
