Since the last update another 2 cabinet has been enabled which covers an additional 198 premises.

Progress Updates

 

Gainsborough Parent Exchange - Due to the discovery of asbestos in Gainsborough telephone exchange, minor delays may be incurred to Onlincolnshire’s rollout of fibre broadband to Gainsborough, Hemswell, Stow, Corringham and Torksey. Work is underway to remove the asbestos as quickly as possible. We will keep this website updated with the latest information.

 

Coningsby 4 - Still awaiting removal of asbestos from a power duct.

Grantham 81 - Waiting for the cabinet to be stood – this will likely be after Christmas

Horncastle 3 - DSLAM to be re-sited on the instruction of Highways Authority officer for the area. Still need highways approval.

Moulton Chapel 1– all jobs are now in progress  - Hoping to have new telegraph poles in place w/C 14/12/2014

Scampton 4 –Being worked upon on Saturday 29th to clear blockages in ducting

Scampton 2 – This cab requires 386mtrs of new duct and is with the engineering team as a priority

South Rauceby 1 – Waiting for power source issue to be resolved to progress to completion

South Rauceby 2 – UPDATE RECEIVED 03/12/2014 - Highways have informed the OnLincolnshire Team that the road has now been adopted. Works should now progress.

Spalding 50 – Due to unforeseen delays this cabinet is not going to be stood until the end of December

Spalford 1 –All splicing and jointing of fibres through other exchanges is complete. BT expect this to be 'ready for service' (RFS) imminently. Customers should be able to purchase products from this cabinet approximately two weeks after this

Sudbrooke 11 – Failed light test yesterday. This is being remedied as soon as possible. Two weeks after this orders can be taken

Wainfleet 4 – Cab complete, expected to be 'ready for service' (RFS) imminently. Customers should be able to purchase products from this cabinet approximately two weeks after this
