CAPACITY - We are aware that some cabinets are at capacity, which will mean that you cannot order an upgrade at this point in time. BT is aware of this issue and is working to upgrade your cabinet. Unfortunately, BT do not provide information to us regarding when individual cabinets will be updated. They have launched a new 'waiting list' facility. Please ensure that you are put on this waiting list by your ISP.

Cabinet 4 on the Burgh on Bain exchange

Cabinet 8 on the Kirton exchange

Cabinet 39 on the Louth exchange

Cabinet 33 on the Sleaford exchange

Cabinet 10 on the Sutton Bridge exchange

Delayed cabinets

Dowsby 602 - With commisioning team - please note this may take up to six weeks

Fulbeck 606 - BT intend to move the cabinet so that it provides more benefit and there is more planning associated with doing this.

Gosberton 5 – Positons of poles agreed. Network Rail to sign off. Not expecting any issues and will push for completion ASAP

Holbeach St Johns 1 - Timescales shifted - Moleploughing still ongoing at this time

Kirton 5 - This cabinet is now ready for service and products should be available within two weeks

Lincoln 50 - Works agreed overnight for new ducting on the 26th June

Metheringham 3/2 (Nocton) -Site meeting held with Highways Authority and sub-contractor; cannot re-shell the pillar in its current position as stood on the foundations of the post office. Pillar will have to be moved across the road

Metheringham 3/1 (Dunston) -  De-silting complete, fibre jointing is ongoing

Spalding 16 – With commisioning team - please note this may take up to six weeks
